What is collected

Only what is needed to sell you a painting and get it to you: your name, email, shipping address, and the contents of your order. Enquiry forms collect what you type into them.

What is not collected

No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no profiling. The site sets three cookies of its own — cart, session and consent — all strictly necessary. Measurement stays off unless you allow it.

Who processes your data

Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card details directly; they never reach this site. Email is delivered by Resend. Images and files are stored on Cloudflare R2. The database is hosted by Neon. Each of these is a processor acting on the studio's instructions.

Card details

The studio never sees, stores or transmits card numbers. Payment is collected inside Stripe's own embedded form.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Write to the studio to see, correct, export or delete your data. Unsubscribe links are in every marketing email and work immediately.
