Terms of sale

Who you are contracting with

Purchases on this site are a contract between you and the Nur studio. The studio's registered details and address are shown on the contact page.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the studio's settlement currency and are the amount you will be charged. Any other currency shown on the site is an approximate conversion for guidance only. Tax is calculated at checkout for your destination.

Availability

Original works are unique. Where two people pay for the same original in the same instant, the studio will refund one in full immediately — the system detects this and flags the order rather than overselling.

Title and risk

Title passes on full payment. Risk passes on delivery. Every physical shipment is insured for the full acquisition value while in transit.

Copyright

Copyright in every work remains with the artist. Buying a painting, a print or a digital file does not transfer copyright and does not grant a right to reproduce the work commercially.
