Prints
Fourteen days from delivery, unframed and unused, in the original packaging. Write to the studio first so a return can be arranged properly — a print sent back loose will not survive the journey. Return carriage is the collector's cost unless the work was damaged or wrong.
Framed prints
Framed work is made to order. It can be returned if it arrives damaged or is not what was ordered, but not simply because it is no longer wanted.
Originals
Handled individually, and generously. If a painting is genuinely wrong in your room, write to the studio. What the studio will not do is treat a unique work as a catalogue return: it has to be crated, insured and collected, and that is a conversation rather than a form.
Digital editions
A file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded. This is why every work has a large, detailed preview and a zoom view — look closely before buying.
Damage in transit
Photograph the packaging before unpacking further and write the same day. Every physical shipment is insured for the full value; damaged work is replaced or refunded in full.
Statutory rights
Nothing here reduces any right you have under consumer law in your own country.
